Each year high school students at MCS have the opportunity to take part in the annual Dinner Theater. This actually is a fundraiser for the school, but it's also an opportunity for those in the high school to showcase their acting abilities. In the past, there have been a plethora of various plays done.
- "Celebrate Life"
- "Conspiracy of Betrayal"
- "I.M.A.G.E"
- "Surrender"
- "The Case of the Missing Dead Guy" - the story follows a detective searching for the missing dead person, or the missing body of Jesus. They retrace back through Jesus' life and death and thus discovering the truth of the risen Lord at the end of the story.
- "For a Time Like This"
- "From Out of the Whirlwind" - the play opens to find a despondent couple who find an open church in which to pray, only to find a church drama team rehearsing the story of Job. With drama, humor, and deep understanding, the characters of this Old Testament story come to life. This dinner theater left the audience with a new perspective on this old story.
- "Meet Me at Luigi's" - set in a small restaurant, the story follows those living in the town anticipating the sighting of a rare comet. With audience interaction, the actors and actresses did their best performing as well as serving as waiters and waitresses.
- "Pap's Place" - a story about family and change. It finds the central family trying to decide what to do with eighty year old Pap, whose strength is failing but his mind is as sharp as ever.
- "Yes, I Believe" - a musical set on the last day of school that finds the main character stuck putting together a video yearbook in order to graduate.
- "Uncle Phil's Diner" - a 50s themed play starring a variety of unusual characters hired by Uncle Phil to take care of his diner.
