Each year at MCS brings about several key things on the school’s calendar. One of the big highlights for the fall season at MCS is the Fall Banquet along with Spiritual Emphasis Week. This past year, MCS had the privilege of hosting Mr. Dirk Helmling who challenged the students to think about how we are all part of the Body. The scripture he used was I Corinthians 12:4-6.  Mr. Steve McCullough worked with grades 3-5 and they learned about the authority of the Scriptures and their importance on a personal and daily basis. Mrs. Deb Heitzman worked with grades K-2. Each day was a different part of a presentation called "The Lamb" by John R. Cross. This all happened during the week. On Thursday night, Mr. Helmling spoke to the school family of MCS at the Fall Banquet. The Fall Banquet is a time of friends and fellowship as well as it is a major fundraiser for the school. Tickets are reserved and families are encouraged to bring others that might be interested in the school. It always is a huge success.  It truly is a celebration of Christian Education with food, fellowship and an inspirational speaker.
